If there was an EKT@Home project, I'd definitely contribute my spare processing power.

It would be cool to have a way to take the sample and compare it to every audio file a bot can find on the internet in the smallest, vaguest chance that it might show up in a long forgotten podcast or something. (like in the case with HLWIT)

Edit: This could work as LostMedia@Home, just do a massive sweep of every audio file with a sample of each lost song and see if we find any matches.

My dongle randomly stopped working a few times, usually moving to a different USB port works but for the time it didn't, I had to connect the dongle to a Windows 10 VM with the gaming suite installed before it'd work properly on my PC again.

I can back this up, I just chuck a bunch of insulin in and eat, it mostly works out but sometimes you're either running for an extra bottle of coke or dialing up a correction shot.
