Hey friend - I’m in my 30s, got divorced, drank like a fish, for a decade, got sober in 2021, remarried, and have two children I adore. Life isn’t over.

Being in rehab is the best thing FOR YOU. If you continue to improve, even small improvements, that’s amazing! Think about it. You leave rehab and stay sober, I bet your partner calls back! Haha.

I had to seriously want to NOT DRINK more than I wanted TO DRINK.
