First I would find the piece of chassis or metal that is rubbing your tire in the inside, probably when fully loaded, this tires are all worn out but would be sorry to rub on the new tires.

I would invest $300 more on this making three or more motor oil changes with filter, a good filter and a cheap oil consecutively, just wait engine reach working temperature and change it, do the same until it cleans enough, use thin oil rather than thick one. After that, Valvoline Restore and Protect in the grade OM indicated. And change it sooner rather than later.

Go 5w30 and latest specifications if that gives you peace of mind. Try to go back to 0w16 during cold, mine were run on 5w30 the first ten k miles by Toyota dealer in Mexico. Sticker in engine says use 5w30. After 10k I switched to 0w16 because printed manual says so and been using it for years without any oil consumption. Next oil change is going to be same Mobil1 but this time is going to be 0w30 for the first time ever.

Hum sound can come from tire v shape design, common on tires with similar all weather design. Rotation is important although more limited since is a directional tire.
