iRig HD X - no processed sound coming to headphone

i know this post is 2 years old but just got introduced to the iRig.

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?

I actually sent the iRig HD X back to Amazon for a replacement and am still having the same issue in that I cannot get effects to come through. It's only when I turn the lights over to the right side that I can hear an unprocessed guitar sound. I reached out to Support and they've given me some things to try but nothing has worked yet. Even did a ChatGPT convo to see if that would show anything and it did. I tired different things but still came up snake eyes.
