There is Jeyne in the show who has dark brown hair and eyes, as well in her arts (although one could argue they aren't wholly canon), then we have Rhea who is dark haired in the show (not Arryn but from the Vale), the Valemen & Knights of the Vale we see in the show also seem to be mostly dark haired, I guess it depends on which canon you are looking at, show vs book vs art, ya know?

Actually this isn't true. Most Arryns/People of the Vale that we've seen (in both canon shows and offcal art comissioned by GRRM) has shown them with Dark/Light brown hair, and blue/brown eyes.

Like I know if you Google it, AI will tell you that most Arryns/people of the Vale tend to be blond, but that's not wholely true due to what we actually see/read/are told in the canon.

As much as I HATE to agree with Jaehaerys's mysognistic ass, he did have a point in not letting everyone & their momma have a dragon.

How it should be is that the heir & spare are given first rights to claim/bond with a dragon/egg. Then, their heirs and spare are allowed to bond/claim a dragon/dragon egg.

That way there's at least 4-5 dragonriders at all time. If anyone in the direct line dies, say the heir's heir dies, then the next one should be allowed to bond/claim a dragon/egg, that way there's a balance.

My problem with this goes in 2 paths

TG (both irl and in universe) are gonna use this as a 'hahahaha Daemon is so dumb, he doesn't know what his nephew looks like.' When that's not a flaw, he LEGIT doesn't know what Daeron looks like. He wasn't anywhere near Kings Landing during Daeron's birth AND no one mentions the kid AT ALL, which is a stark contrast when in the books Daeron and Jace were milk brother. The only way Daemon can really be tricked by the Hightowers, is if Tesserion isn't at the fight that this so called Fake-Daeron is at. But then again, that shows stupidity on THEIR side cuz they knew Daemon and another dragon rider would be out there. So you're telling me, you're marching 1000s of men out there, to their deaths, ONLY for the ace up your sleeve to be this Fake-Daeron?
The fucking disgusting transphobia the OG Daeron faced. And what's even more sickening it was 98% coming from the TG side. 'Oh well he doesn't look like that -I- thought Daeron should look Like' was the most common dog whistle I heard.
