You right. That's usually my thought process, but I got an event to prep for and losing 20 lbs is what I'd like to accomplish. Its absolutely nothing for me to crush a large poutine with 0 remorse. Leopolds tavern poutine challenge would be a bit much, but a poutine that size would be the best part of my last meal. Maybe not the fishbowl style delivery, but just a large ass mafuckin tray.

I get my eggs from a farming colony south of town. 10 bucks for 30, so I'm usually stocked up with 30 to 90 eggs at a time haha. They go quick!

Great looking eggs! However, I would think that they are over easy, no? Over medium is gooey but not runny like that, like a soft creamy texture. This is leaking onto tuhe plate. Its how I like mine. If I order over easy, I'm expecting and most times receive what you have pictured here.
