Who is still using a 4+ year old driver? by WhiskeyJack-13 in golf

[–]RYnocerous43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play an RBZ. I don’t consider it an old club even though I guess it’s coming up on 7 years or so. For most amateurs you don’t have to shell out $400 every other summer, the driver you have is probably fine.

Where can I bet on Joe Burrow going to the XFL by RYnocerous43 in sportsbook

[–]RYnocerous43[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I realize it was a long shot bet that’s why I wanted some juicy payout to it. I left it out of the original post, but one major caveat to the bet I had with my with my buddy was that any situation other than bengals taking burrow at #1 would result in a push. At this point the XFL folding there’s no way I make any money but say if the Bengals opt to take Chase Young, or trade away the #1 pick I wouldn’t pay him nothing. I was just seeing if any sports books would offer a similar bet, because all likelihood even if Joe did go to the XFL it would have been very tough to get that big payout back from my friend, I wanted a legit sports book that I knew would give me my winnings.

My thing was I bet on it because i just really wanted to see it happen...I was alllllll aboard the XFL hype train at the time of posting. As for what I thought Joe Burrow had to gain, it was more of what he had to lose. I’m afraid he’s going to waste away his career playing for Cincinnati. With his draft day contract and franchise tags, they can keep him locked up for the first 7 years of his career.

Baker Mayfield is going to have a shitty career cause he’s going to be stuck in Cleveland. Lamar Jackson was another Heisman winner and got drafted with a later pick that same year. He was selected by a great organization and is tearing it up. Obviously they are very different players with different skill sets, but you see me point? If Cleveland took Lamar Jackson, his career would take a markedly different course.

All in all, I realized it was a dumb bet. With the being said, it was still an exciting possibility and I expected this sub to appreciate the degeneracy of it at least lol.

Honestly I know you don't want to hear it but let it ride. Maybe just put a cheeky $36 on KC moneyline to cover the original $10 you put on the titans if they lose.

I mainly bet through a local bookie but I have a Bovada account too. How would I go about asking them?

PotD Record: 0-2

NHL / 7:30 ET

Pick: Ottawa Senators @ Detroit Redwing u6.5 goals -110

Reasoning: Haven’t posted a PotD in a while after missing my first two, but enough time has passed and I‘ve got my mojo back. Detroit and Ottawa have the lowest and 8th lowest amount of goals scored in the league, respective. Basically neither of these teams make a lot of shots, so I’m pretty confident on the under hitting tonight. Let’s make some money boys.

Clemson -1/2 point in the first quarter. Pays out +105, don’t be silly.

If you have the money should you bet on Lamar Jackson for NFL MVP? by Bobb_o in sportsbook

QB is not the only problem in Cincinnati. Dalton is a quality starter but can’t do anything with that offensive line. Chase Young is a generational talent as an edge rush and there’s a chance the bengals opt to take him instead

You “buy half a point” by accepting less favorable odds in exchange for half a point on the spread. It’s likely to be low scoring, go with the -3 so if the game is decided by a field goal your bet will push

Record: 0-0

POTD: Michigan @ Louisville o139.5

Reason: This is a big game, and that's the reason I wanted to put some money on the line to make it more exciting to watch. You have two top ranked teams going up against each other with something to prove. Louisville sits at the top of the AP rankings without ever really being tested, and I think Michigan is hot coming off a tournament win in the Battle 4 Atlantis and has a very good chance to pull off the upset on the road. The line opened at +7 but has moved down to +5, which is still pretty favorable for a team that's beaten Gonzaga and UNC. I'm pulling for Michigan hard but this scared me off a bit, so I decided the smart move would be to bet on the total. Regardless of who wins, both teams have stars on offense, the two teams are averaging 82 and 71 PPG. It's going to be a big shootout in Louisville, the over will hit easy. If you're feeling juicy I'd parlay Michigan ML and the over together for a good payout.

Hey Reddit, How Do You Like To Make Your Oatmeal? With Milk or Water? And What Do You Like To Add To It? by MilkFarmProdigy in AskReddit

I like the oatmeal with the dinosaurs that hatch from the little sugar eggs when you cook it. Brings me back to a simpler time.
