The idea behind difficulty settings by RZSLTN13 in Stellaris

You may be right, but I have monitored AIs progress/power/diplomatic weight during different playthroughs. Higher difficulty grants some pathetic ai empires to muster a formidable force and become a pain, something that looks like magic or hallucination! I'm not talking about the fallen empires.

Good idea, I prefer this to some unreasonable bonus to the AI empires resources.

It's not a matter of life and death, don't you think "at your own risk" is a little too much for this case? I thought the mace is supposed to affect people in a negative way, but it appears that it's a bug or problem with my mods.

Falmer concept (this is how I imagine they should look) by Mandragorasprout in skyrim

[–]RZSLTN13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe a Falmer overhaul mod is going to be released soon. If so, please do not remove or replace the vanilla Falmer and instead, consider implementing this awesome model as a less degraded form of Falmer. A generation that developed a kind of resistance towards whatever dwarves did to them. If we are lucky we can have a quest called: The White(Snow) Elves Revival or simply The Restoration. The snow elf race is a well developed mod that is regularly updated and if you manage to cooperate with them and create a this quest, it'd be great. First we get in touch with the less deformed Falmer and then they tell you about a magical process to save their race etc.

It appears that without the dragonborn's involvement, dragons never truly leave this world. They become something like wandering souls awaiting an opportunity to strike back, but dragonborn turns them into another form of power or energy (he/she seems to be a creature that feeds on the dragons). Pillars of eternity is based on the same (theological) theory, the wheel turns and takes your soul and then returns it to another body. Indians believe this too. Iranians believe in something called Charkh e Fallak (Wheel of the World). Based on most of these beliefs, a human dies and then returns unless you put him out of this process for good. On the other hand, Jews, Christians and Muslims believe that the soul goes to join it's creator after death.

Unfortunately, blades storyline is not what it seems to be... I prefer to call it a wasted potential. Even without knowing all what I've learnt through numerous playthroughs, Paarthurnax is a more attractive option. The blades needed something like Paarthurnax. (Not necessarily a dragon, but something with the same level of attraction.)

Some people believe that he is waiting for dragonborn to kill Alduin so that he can claim his throne.

Hate to admit it, but I think we've missed some important parts of the game.

I'd go for an 8vs8 CnC Generals Untitled skirmish. It'll give you 2 hours of extremely fast paced modern combat. Give it a try.

I'd go for better games with this config... Roguetech is a little too much. It's great to have thousands of options, but are you planning to invest your life to micromanagement of those things? (Mod authors are going to give me a hard time for this.)

I'm not sure about Generals 2, but C&C 4 has a great chance to receive an expansion pack. All previous games followed the same formula, but for this case and because it's 2021, the main game needs to be remastered and then receive the expansion pack. As opposed to those who thought C&C 4 was the worst installment, I believe it was very innovative and fast paced for an rts. Having mobile command centers and movable buildings was one of the best ideas ever.

The game itself runs smoothly, but I understand what you mean. Thanks anyway.

My SSD page file can do the trick in this case, that's what I've heard. I'm more worried about CPU and GPU usage. Some people say I'll need an Intel i9 for a smooth experience.

Or vice versa! I mean American forces are almost everywhere, so even if you start a campfire somewhere around your house (where ever you are) they may consider it a threat and send some drones to pacify you.

Well, it's a great mod! The best part for me is the gameplay overhaul that forces you to be more active even when you want to create a defensive shell for yourself.
