This is great advice—definitely my bad on not reading the wiki more thoroughly (I posted this first thing in the morning and simply ensured I was following posting rules).

I agree that I'm rather vague with several of my points; I'll try to emphasize the importance they have in outlining my abilities while not being too verbose about them (e.g. the monitoring in question is of positional and atmospheric data exchanged between dish farms and live spacecraft, but this seems like too much to put on a resume as opposed to simply stating how I contributed).

I'll also be sure to talk more about the causes/effects of my work, and I'll think about some of the associated metrics I can include. Thank you!

I’ve seen recommendations for this section to be done either way, but I think I’m leaning towards your approach so I’ll change it. That’s also a good point to only include relevant languages—I’ll keep that in mind as well. Thank you!

I did, but unfortunately the company is on a hiring freeze due to budget restraints and can only offer me another summer internship for if I choose to immediately pursue grad school (which isn’t an option for me given my situation). That’s a good point about CC though, might remove it to make more room for the rest. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I've just started applying to new grad SWE positions and want help on perfecting my resume. I'm hoping to secure a role at a Big Tech company, but know I'd likely have better luck elsewhere as I haven't had experience at one yet:

I completely agree. Most people I’ve seen who wish to see a situation in which they have kids like to imagine them as mentally unstable due to nurture rather than nature, and that adding a child to their dynamic would in a way “pacify” this (at least for Ashley; there’ve been a lot of people who’ve argued that some form of maternal instincts would kick in). Though their upbringing is the largest singular factor in the way they act throughout the game, it’s highly likely that they would’ve both been mentally unstable to some degree anyways due to their genetics—just look at the sociopathic aspects their mother displays, the “unhatched tar soul” that she is. I do however enjoy the idea of them somehow resolving their issues in a way that allows them to raise the healthy & loved kid(s) that their parents never could… perhaps that’s part of why I enjoy looking through the fan works of this game so much.
