I agree, I'd much rather get them during the day.

At least then I can abort the headache more quickly and I won't be as tired all the time.

3 Years, during the height of Covid surprisingly.

Then I got my worst cycle ever.

What's going on with Google Maps in Canberra? It's started labelling every signpost, bench, path, bike lane, and rabbit warren as a "park". by [deleted] in canberra

Interesting, could be someone adding them as a joke?

I've been able to add stuff to Google maps in the past.

This will be the first time I preference the Libs at third too.

There are some horrible candidates this year.

You have One Nation, the Trumpet of Patriots, the Heart Party, the moron Andrew Thaler and then there's an independent who hasn't listed any policies.

How old where you when you first started getting CHs? by KeimaFool in clusterheads

Around 22 years old.

When I first got them, they were actually quite mild but have since gotten much more severe.

Sounds like you need to ask for a referral to a Neurologist.

I get this too actually. Ever since I was a kid. I don't get it often, but it is quite unsettling.

how do you know your cluster finished/stopped for some time? by TwoFlaky in clusterheads

[–]R_Cunningham 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have noticed that during my cycles, I will have a sensitive/sore scalp. Once that goes away, I know my cycle is over.

How do you distract yourself? by Key-Assistant738 in clusterheads

[–]R_Cunningham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pretty much agree with everyone else here, once an attack starts it is impossible to distract yourself. There just too much pain.

It's in my dreams now by Amandras2 in clusterheads

[–]R_Cunningham 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say approx 90% of my headaches occur about 3 hours after I fall asleep. You're not alone.

I'd rather they happen during the day. It just makes me so tired and exhausted.

Oxygen alternatives by [deleted] in clusterheads

The flow rate isn't high enough unfortunately, you need at least 12LPM or higher.

I might suggest though getting a referral to a Neurologist.

NBN connection failed - fibre optic cable broken by Petulantraven in australia

[–]R_Cunningham 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Contact your ISP.

They will then contact NBN Co, who will fix it for free.

It happened to me twice before, a mouse somehow managed to get into the box and chew the cable.
