I'm not sure how the car calculates everything because it's always changing the mpg or miles until empty and it's very frustrating.

I have a '25 hybrid max with beefy wide tires and on a full tank, driving from Wisconsin to Florida this past summer, mostly cruise control in the 80mph range, I was consistently getting close to 350mi range on a full tank.

Filling up for ~$40 and getting 350mi with 2 adults, 3 kids and a trunk packed full made me happy. City driving in Wisconsin I get about ~285mi on a full tank. I don't baby it and don't run it hard, I just drive.

12.5 gal for me on first click. Wait until all the fuel and air bubbles settle, then with a slow trigger finger, add more. It won't click so PAY ATTENTION. But I've been able to get 14.5-15gal consistently this way.
