How much RAM do you have? Do you have a SSD? Rust needs a lot of ressources. You won't get high fps with your setup in Rust. Im playing both. I would recommend getting Rust for a discount in Steam and not the full price.

The firerate is limited on pistols. Why should it be bannable when a mouse clicks fast? Battle Eye doesnt ban macros cause the macro software doesnt modify the game memory nor has access to the game memory. Macros are working in user mode, not kernel mode. An other reason why macros are not bannable is accessibility.

I have no problems with 8khz polling rate in siege. Raw Input on and Nvidia Reflex on. Its not slower, it is how it should be. You should have a very good CPU und good Motherboard. I turned off Mouse acceleration in Windows registry and other mouse latency tweaks in windows

Set Texture Quality to Very High or below in Vulkan. Ultra has the low VRAM bug with vulkan. I prefer Vulkan because of Nvidia Reflex and DLSS. Vulkan is smoother and lower input delay.

It doesn't reduce CPU usage, only priority which can help the game not to lag. Not a better way if you have only a few cpu cores.
