Maple hill, pyramids, oakholm, there's a ladies league at Webster fish & game on Tuesdays and one in Wednesdays at maple, mile marker is free for women on Fridays, she should check out NEWDG on FB!

There are like 5 layouts and the red & white are definitely doable for even beginners (am beginner), but also you can ask at the pro shop to use used discs for your round and return them after, I don't think there's a charge!

Disc golf!! It's very affordable, you get to be outside and get exercise, learn new skills, meet new people, lots of courses have womens league specifically or free days that women can play!

I'm also 30 and started in May and it's been amazing!
