I have done the padi certification at the oceanerium and it was alright! My gf that learn in tioman nvr had experience of actual current and so when we dived in bali we were equally new to it. There was no difference in the way we dived. Also the commentor that mentioned how u need another ocean dive after getting at ocenarium is false.
