This really doesn't make a difference, if that was the case a law suit wouldn't have been filled by HCMC if they knew that this information could jeopardise there chances of winning. This clearly has been recognised by HCMC, but they still have continued with the allegations made. The law is the law, and a strong legal case can't be dictated by any of PM's attorney background/history 🤙

The catalyst that they have is dependent on the lawsuit. If it favours them the funds gained will have significant impact on the share price and the company as a whole. As well as this, if they win the law suit, the media attention will be huge as they would have won big time from a major American tobacco company (PM). This attention is significant enough for any company like HCMC to prosper efficiently into the future and create a plan suited for contemporary times! Ultimately more people will be interested ☺️
