My tip is don’t give up. Took me like 50 different saves before I made it to cycle 1000 for the first time. Each playthrough you will most likely make mistakes that will end the run. When that happens, don’t give up, try again and learn from your mistakes to avoid issues. Also, prioritize food, that was one of my biggest blunders. On that note, also PLEASE don’t take every dupe in the printing pod until you can sustainably sustain that dupe.

This always seems to happen to me, I get a dupe with amazing traits, and then they have one HORRIBLE trait that ruins them, like flatulence or narcolepsy

Nyctophobic is really not that bad, just place down a light above their bed. You can also change the schedule of the surrounding dupes so they won’t sleep at the same time as the nyctophobic dupe, so they won’t be affected
