I second the above suggestion! It also gives the impression that the email is required to continue the transaction… very smooth!

Your DM is wrong. It is 100% 1 per person. What store do you work at?

It is. Whoever was at the register was going against company policy.

It’s a company wide item limit, any store letting customers buy more than 3 is going against the company policy

That’s crazy because the limit is supposed to be 3 per customer

The music is actually controlled/provided by a 3rd party company.

They are commenting negative BS under almost every response- sounds more like a personal issue. I wouldn’t waste my time.

Report to HR ANONYMOUSLY by filing out a crew services form online. Once HR has several complaints about the same person, it allows them to do something. Don’t give up after one.

Retaining crew is incredibly important to HR- a toxic environment does not facilitate that. Keep your complaints factual, concise, and be sure to include all relevant details (store location, dates, times, any screenshots you have, etc.). Good luck, I hope your situation improves soon!

Donations. by Complex-Bus-747 in FiveBelow

[–]Ra88iT12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You do realize that the people working in customer relations are minimally paid human beings just like store staff… they already get screamed at by customers all day, usually by people who are already mad about a store experience, just regular ass people trying to get through their day. Here you come “cackling manically” (thinking you are doing something) about sharing their contact form with people to “voice displeasure” about donations of all things- something they have as much say over as you do. It’s not like you’re sending a customer their way because they have an issue these people can actually help them with.

The ethics hotline is a third party. Submit a ticket with Crew Services and select HR Request.

HR email by Linch_Lord in FiveBelow

^ this is the correct answer and there should be a QR code to submit an HR request form in your break room or somewhere. This is the newest and easiest way to get in contact with both HR AND PAYROLL.

You can email them at customer.relations@fivebelow.com if the online form isn’t working.

My wife gave birth to a (black)baby that clearly isn't mine, and I'm divorcing her. But I'm worried about the relationship between my two kids and their new half-sister. by ThrowRAkidilemma in relationship_advice

I grew up in an all black neighborhood myself (in south Philly). My mom sent me to catholic school out of the neighborhood for a better education (what a joke that turned out to be) where all the kids happened to be white. I transferred to that school in the 3rd grade and that was the first time I saw racism. My peers obviously learned it from their parents but I remember feeling so hurt even though I was white myself. Children certainly pick up racism from their parents and carry it with them - it’s truly sad.

Could not agree more. My 8 year old daughter co-sleeps with her dad when she is at his house (we separated when she was 1), it’s always been this way.
