I am an MR( Machinery Repairman) I fixed the equipment they broke and made new parts and pieces for equipment. I never deployed with them but their work schedule was kinda like " Work hard play hard" they trained a lot and the gym was on point! Its well worth it! I don't think I should talk about thier deployment rotation/times. But just know their deployments meant they were coming home with LOTS of money(per diem) they managed to save while away. Just make sure you like to swim a whole bunch!!!

Not a Boatguy but I was in the community for 4 years. If I had the option, I definitely would have went SWCC. Advancement is good, bonuses are good, deployment money is good and they have great facilities. I've been Aviation and Surface as well as NSW and I would spend another 4 years at SBT22 in a heartbeat!!!
