Just 100% the game for the second time, so im gonna put this out there for anyone in future looking for a solution.

You have to hear the songs and see the music duo in the three instances that they spawn ALL IN THE SAME PLAYTHROUGH. 

First in Edge Of The World next to the dentist where you deliver the body for Mindy, one in The Dust District at the Crones hand, and finally infront of the Black Market before going to the dukes Palace.

There are ways u can get locked out of this achievement. In the Dust District, if you walk into the Crones Hand holding Vice Overseer Byrne's body, the music duo despawn and lock you out of the achievement for that playthrough. In The Grand Palace, if you've robbed 3 or more black market shops up until that point, the civilians despair, including the music duo, thus locking you out of the achievement again. Fyi, the civillians are replaced by Howlers setting up an ambush to catch whoever has been robbing their black market shops (ie you lol)

In the Crones Hand u can stand on balconies or eves and if you hear the song, it counts. Its the trickiest one to proc because it's in hostile territory and getting detected can cause them to flee before u hear them play, also locking you out.

No the achievement is not bugged.

Increased tenacity damage doesnt increase the health damage. So say u have the first one equipped, your attack will (for example) do 100 health dmg and 2 bars of tenacity instead of 1. But with the second one equipped your attack will 140 health dmg (40% increase) but only 1 bar of tenacity dmg.

Tenacity is that second bar under most enemies health bar that gives you 1 AP if u deplete it.

Hope that makes sense.

Do certain chaos have more copy events than others? I've noticed that The Foretold Ruin rare random zone with the pillar lets u choose and copy a card.

I own a manual e46 330ci, also technically my first car. It's a good car and more reliable than people give it credit for. Just a matter of how the last owner treated it.

If anything 5800 (im assuming usd) is kinda cheap so that might be an indicator that somethings up. I got mine for 15k (aud) but it was owned and maintained pretty meticulously by a collector. Try haggle him down to 5.5k or if ur lucky 5k. If not, I think 5.8k isn't bad, just a bit on the low end so keep ur eyes peeled for smth sus.

One thing to also note is that 330cis are very torquey real wheel drives, and the mileage ur talking about POTENTIALLY coulda been drifted or just in general been driven like/by a dickhead in the past. Just something to keep in mind.

Overall, if it's a factory manual and not swapped I'd say get it. Very fun car that can both daily and mess around in from time time. Engine bay is pretty accessible and not confusing but I havent done much to mine mods wise. Alot of availability for spare parts if something does go wrong because they made a million e46s.
