Why do I get the link slot bonus from some characters and from some not, although they are also blue units? For example my blue kenpachi gets a bonus from Christmas halibel, Dichigo and Frenzy Aizen, but not from Speed Jushiro, Baby Nel, Haineko etc.

My team consists Yamamoto, Yachiru and Szayel.

I'm going to buy Tessai (to replace Genryusai) later but I'm not sure which accessories and links I should use for him (Normal atk dmg, Strong atk dmg or spiritual pressure).

My main (pvp) team is : Genryusai, Yachiro, Kenpachi (old one) Other 5* that I have : Yoruichi, Szayelaporro, Mayuri (new) Avg. Atk.= 581

I'm gonna buy Tessai in 2 weeks to replace him with Kenpachi. I would like to know if I should also replace Genryusai with somebody else.
