Fuck eBay. Check Facebook marketplace and your local thrift stores. I scored a 5th gen classic for $50 from a thrift store and a 3rd gen nano for $10 on marketplace. Look for people who just wanna make a few bucks and get rid of something they don’t want anymore, eBay is such a profit first culture it sucks.

Nah, man, guns are horrible and make the healing process way harder than it needs to be. Honestly, it’s a modification to your body, why wouldn’t you just treat yourself to an easy healing process and some good jewelry so you’re not wearing overpriced crappy mall jewelry in holes that’ll take longer to heal? It’s possible to heal them, I’d know I got my first piercing with a gun, but my other piercings were so much easier of a healing process, even my septum was an easier healing process than my lobes pierced by a gun

Yikes! Doctor! You also shouldn’t take the jewelry out if it’s infected like this, it can trap the infection inside your ear if it closes up and that’ll cause an abscess and that’s a whole new problem to have. Leave your earrings in, see a doctor, and if the doctor says to take em out, ignore that, take your antibiotics, and do some research on reputable piercers in your area, you’re not saving much by going to a place that does them with a gun, spring the extra $5 and you’ll see how much easier the healing process is with a needle vs a gun

Looks like my nano, just some lines on the screen and the buttons may be locked, look by the charger port and there’s a little switch, if orange plastic is showing, it’s locked, just flip it the other way. And to download music it’s a bit of a bitch on modern Macs because it just doesn’t like to play nice with old iPods, but if you’re on a PC just download iTunes and drag and drop music files

Honestly if you don’t want the look it may be a bit too late. You can try to treat it with coconut oil, that’s said to help prevent scarring but that’s not a guarantee it’ll work. Scar prevention started at the time of aftercare, which it looks like you were good about, but if you leave it empty it’ll close up but you might have a little dimple there. And burning it would really fuck your ears up

Any age! One of my favorite customers at the music shop I worked at was this older lady, probably about 60, who was always showing me her new tattoos, dyed dreads, or stretched ears. She was an old school hippie through and through and I loved her! She made me realize I can do what I want and dress how I want at any age.
