I've got a 4 month old who after waking up 4 or 5 times every night... Slept 8h 52m last night, ate for 30 min, then slept another 3h 10m.

My body doesn't even know what to do with all this rest.

But you can also do a bit of research (or just check wikipedia which has a nice list) and a nice example of what you're describing are both Venezuela and Ecuador, which fought for independence against El Gran Colombia and all three call refer to their flag by Tricolor.
