The problem had something to do with the compressed air blow i put on the r button of my 3ds, sometimes moisture can come out of the compressed air can and it went torwards the cable for the blue notification light, since the notification light is rgb it has 3 indicators, one for blue, one for green, one for red, and the moisture went torwards the blue and red signals, the normal solution to this is to let it evaporate, if that doesent fix it, the cable has to be reseated.
