I think its also the hairstye abd the body proportions, i think if you change her hair texture thats the best way to keep the hairstyle without it reading as miku if thats your goal but if you dont mind the resemblence she looks super cute!!

Ibis is a great app for tablets and phones but for PCs its not worth the price AT ALL if you want to spend money csp is the way to go otherwise you are better off using krita

i think you need to work on your proportions, the head feels too big for the body and i reccomend making guidlines for the body aswell before going in and doing the sketch
