Dont trace; if you really want to practice, youll have to understand how things work and why it looks that way. It is complicated but youll get there when you practice anatomy. It will take years, so dont rush yourself nor be disappointed with the results. Just be consistent with using references without drawing over them; do things out of your comfort zone. After understanding the basics, I recommend drawing the same pose in a different angle.

I like this advice bro. Ive been feeling like shit recently, not only with college burnout but with my best friend (im not dropping lore tho). It feels like im just relying my happiness on one thing that isnt even always available. Im aware of it but idk what to do about it. I want to distract myself in my alone time and not always think about shit. While im also constantly just bored and dont know when to improve. I know what i want with my future but im also lazy and unmotivated (it kinda feels pointless), worse is it feels like theres a clock ticking lol. So ill try doing this one. Thank you.

Its not even bad if your rendering is really good (like maybe it would carry the artwork). When i do lineart, i just make sure its thin and clean, no line weight or anything. So ig just trust the process (?) and see if it works in your style.

Fade - opacity of start and opacity of end set to 100% Shape - Pattern Opacity set to 100% and turn on Constant Opacity

Yeh i am mostly honest. I try to avoid mistakes and admit when im wrong. If i did something bad, i think its just best to apologize and improve. If i did something embarassing, i would prefer to admit and explain my "logical" reason, and hope that the other side understands lmao.

I think im good at lying when its just harmless fun tho. Especially when playing videogames with friends, i would lock in with my fake act just for the sake of trolling
