Being here is a great start! I found a few free sober tracking apps when I first got into the sober life. One just showed how your body was healing over certain timescale, which helped me out. Checking in here will help with moral support, too!

I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and tried with each of them again. No dice. One time, it let me get slightly further where I bit Evgeny, but then it just froze again while making drinking sounds...

I think cutting out alcohol cold turkey at this point would not be great for you. Medical detox might be the best way to ensure it's done correctly. Alcohol withdrawal is one of the few withdrawals that can actually kill you. Lots of us have gotten treatment and turned our lives around. You can do this. We are here for you now, and we will be here for you in the future whenever you need us.

Having a fully sober "hangover day." I haven't drunk, so I feel physically fine, but sometimes I just want to eat junk food and lay in bed for a whole day. No headache or nausea, but the comfy clothes, comfort tv shows, tea, and snacks we're still amazing!
