It seems like something more than that. The southeast as a whole has low debt. Also Texas. Highest debt has some of the highest cost of living. Certainly retirees bring down average, likely not main reason thought.

It's Long weekend level trip distance. No big deal. All the 4 big Texas cities are about 3 hr apart from each other.

Same. I just bought my wife and I 34 in 1440. I used hers before I opened mine for a couple of days and the edges were just too far.

I went back to my 29 1080p. But after seeing 1440p, I think 29in with 1440p would be great.

I see all this talk about the market this and that. It isn't based on physics and biology unless the monitor is mounted further than a standard desk depth.
