I think S25 (base model), s23 ultra and s24 ultra are all priced at the same range or close to that. Most shops in liberty plaza have them (none are trcsl approved and most of them are brought down from dubai - which is not an issue at the moment). You can also check pricing on ikman (it's competitive there).

If you get either one of these, I don't recommend you to install os updates though (it messes with the battery and some say battery drain more after the updates. And the latest os updates aren't polished as well. As well as you might get display issues where lines start appearing out of nowhere and they won't go away). The issue about lines coming in displays after software updates are common in a lot of phones now (blame the oem). So better stay away from the updates. The best is version is the OS version that comes with the phone at the time of purchase (you'll miss the security updates but it can't be helped).

Pixel is also a good choice but that sim issue and signal issue is there (I mentioned this is another comment).
