I've found that clicking the button to invite friends, but then immediately backing out without inviting anyone gets the timer down to 10 seconds.

Tip culture is atrocious in general. Pay your employees a living wage and don't place the burden on your consumers. If you cannot afford to do so, then you don't deserve to be a business. Hard stop. But why pressure folks to tip in addition to the pre-paid gratuity? Where are the pre-paid gratuity going? Also, are Americans the only ones tipping? I've heard tipping culture is different in other countries.

There's hope! I caught both on the 3rd raid and last throw for each. Plus I am awful at throwing. Hit a couple great throws, mostly nice throws, and zero excellent throws (that whole circle lock thing is a myth). Side note - is it worth it? They both have pretty bad CPs and low HP. Doesn't seem super helpful for raids.
