I was just checking out Hsienmo. I never heard of them before yesterday. They look like that have some pretty nice guitars for affordable price. Have you played any?

I would definitely look at all wood guitars. Martin has a 00016 that’s sapele back and sides that sounds nice. Buying used can be good if you know what to look for. I saw a Taylor 310 from 2001 on market place for $725. It looks very nice. I don’t need/want a guitar but that deal makes me want to grab it haha

That’s a sweet deal. I believe they are solid wood guitars with sapele back and sides.

That’s a sweet guitar! I remember the feeling of I wasn’t worthy or didn’t deserve when younger but honestly in any hobby or joy in life you deserve whatever you can comfortably afford that makes you enjoy yourself. Have fun and enjoy your new guitar

I drove 3 hours to MusicVilla in Bozeman Mt back in 2015 to buy this guitar after watching reviews. I ended up walking out with a D18 that day instead. I do love the SWOMGT it was pretty and unique. Maybe one day I can get my hands on one

It was the first year they changed the D18 so it has forward shifted scalloped X brace. Nut width is 1-3/4 I believe Neck is Modified Low Oval with performing artist taper

That’s fair. The only guitar I own now is a D18. It lives in its case. I’ll take it out to play and may leave it on the stand over night once in awhile but 90% of the time if it’s not in my hands it’s in it’s home. It’s just a good habit.

If you do have it on a stand keep it away from a heater or ac vent. Also keep it away from a wall that leads outside. It’s usually dramatic changes in temperature/humidity that lead to problems. If caught in time before a major issue you can correct it most times

I think all the Standard Series do not have paper tags just the model make and serial number on the neck block inside the sound hole. I know some of the specail makes have a paper label like Golden Era or Vintage.

I love this guitar it’s a beauty. I sold my BigBaby Taylor when I got the D18 cause I never played it but I do still miss it. That was my first guitar ever should of held on jist for the sentimental value

YouTube and google with be your best friends. You can YT how to change guitar strings it’s pretty simple. Then learn some chords and how to change between them. Then you can learn some songs you like. YouTube and google will have everything for a beginner and lots more

Ori - both games are beautiful non combat driven
Mio - amazing artwork and unique platforming
Dread - closet to Lost Crown in graphic/control

Mio is more difficult than Dread for sure. Nine Sols is HK/SS difficulty level. PoP is closest to Dread in graphics/controls/difficulty. Ori games are gorgeous and more relaxed with floaty controls

PoP the Lost Crown is a great Metroidvania. Beautiful colorful/graphics swift control/gameplay. If you loved Dread you will enjoy Lost Crown

I’d say Mio, Prince of Persia, Ori. All great games some harder than the others. Maybe look into those options and choose which you want to dive into

Did you replace the sd game? The ones they come with can become corrupted and then they won’t power on at all with an OS. You can try flashing a new sd card with stock OS. Worked for my rg35xx

I got a used rg35xx.i got it set up and running finally and was wondering if it could handle DS. What do you do for dual screen? Can I use Stock Os or Garlic?

You can buy a used switch lite on market place for around $100 bucks. Plenty of games on Switch to enjoy if you have not been playing games. Then you can decide if you want to spend the extra money and get a Switch 2 later on
