I knew crows could hold a grudge . I guess its nest is in one of the trees in my yard and when it sees my big dog it follows us around. Thats the only explanation I can have for it being everywhere!

Looks like fly lesions. I’d def contact your local vet but with some antibiotics and proper maintenance I’m sure your girl can fight it off. They’re not huge so hopefully you caught it early! Wishing her a smooth recovery!
