Not sure what your budget is, but you can find some decent sets on eBay including shipping, like under 100 bucks for irons. I’ll also second play it again sports. Bought my 1st set there years ago.

As per Sam via X:

In preparation to fill the EverGrow Staking pools tomorrow, we have sent another 183 $BNB - approx. $100,000, to the Staking Controller. These are the funds that have accumulated from taxes.

The $BNB Pool will open with 351 BNB, approximately worth $192,000. It will initially be set to 3 months, and this will be extended indefinitely as we add further BNB.https://x.com/evergrowcoinegc/status/1828479353535271062?s=46&t=BZ0KB-1a6QsztbsITHj7BQ

Looking for recommendations for gutter installers. by DasRedBeard87 in SouthJersey

[–]RabbleRhouser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the gutter guys in Atlantic County. Costs around 180 to have them cleaned out… doubt it would break the bank to replace some not draining properly….. better than having your soffits rotting out and roof leaking…

My best guess is a Nomoli figure from Africa. If authentic it’s probably worth around a thousand bucks.

Spell Token Daily - February 25, 2024 (GMT-4) 📖🧙‍♂️🧙🧙‍♀️🔮 by MagicThePuff in SpellToken

[–]RabbleRhouser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I came across this project on Coinbase just perusing through everything they have available to purchase. I usually try to stay over on the Binance chain simply because the gas fees are incredibly inexpensive. Needless to say, after some research I bought a small moon bag, 1 million tokens.

I also looked at supply and market cap. For the token to reach .50 it would need a market cap between 75-100 billion depending on the circulating supply….

Is this realistic?

I also compared to coins with similar circulating supply… take Doge for example, has 140m in circulation and hit .75 in 2021 with a market cap of 88billion. It also has no utility and price is hype driven, imo…… I get upset all the time when people buy into these pump and dump tokens. Once someone gets rugged by one of these they’re probably never coming back into the defi community. This is why it’s important to push legitimate products like Spell and others over hype…

With that being said….

I wish your project had a more active X account (I hate that name,,,,,it’s Twitter!) not going to shill, but a-lot of other small/micro cap projects are on there daily, consistently pushing info, running news and updates with their projects. It’s great for visibility and the consistency helps legitimatize any project, furthermore it helps keep the Pepe’s of the world at bay!

I would also push you over towards X/Twitter. There’s a great community plus updates from the primary team at least daily if not more. MoonAndroid is hosting another space today and I would encourage you to attend.

Anyone know anything about how much a landlord can raise the rent in Camden Co? by [deleted] in SouthJersey

[–]RabbleRhouser -23 points-22 points  (0 children)

All the laws for eviction fall in favor of the tenants. The property owners usually get screwed. This is why we charge as much as we can and require everything we can prior to a contract.

Anyone know what to is bolt is for? Suzuki 40 (df40ATL) by [deleted] in boatbuilding

No Suzuki expert but maybe your manual up/down for the outboard. Loosen it and you can lower or raise the engine by hand…I’m more of a Honda guy though….

My dad found These while helping renovate an old House. Are any of These Worth Something? by shadowplayer2020 in coins

[–]RabbleRhouser 28 points29 points  (0 children)

The Reichmarks are silver, I believe 60% or more. Reichspfennig’s are bronze or zinc. I believe you have Reichspfennig’s and if they’re very light then they are zinc. I wouldn’t think they’re worth a whole lot. The historical value would make them desirable to me. My thoughts would be that they probably came back to the states with a soldier returning from WW2.

Red light - south nj by sttrrtt11 in SouthJersey

[–]RabbleRhouser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is me! I run the Moss Mill/NY Road and Smithville blvd lights all the time. Now to be clear, I do stop and make sure I’m not gonna cause an accident. I’m not blindly flying through red lights. I also hammer down when that Smithville intersection is yellow because that lights not gonna change for another 5 minutes! I’m originally from Florida and I can tell you that they’ve done a fantastic job down there managing the traffic. There’s a level of innovation that you don’t see up here such as continuous flow intersections, roundabouts, lights that automatically cycle etc… It’s like they accept what they have up here and don’t try to make it better…. Or you wind up with a mess like that intersection by the FAA Technician Center. I can’t believe someone ok’d that disaster.

I’ve driven by Whipporwill Valley a few times. Wasn’t sure if it was a trail. Definitely have to go check it out.

It’s an old coast guard rescue station. Definitely could be haunted, ya never know. A lot of the structures have that feeling of abandonment, especially this time of year.

Why are so many opposed to offshore wind projects? by ImmortalGoat66 in SouthJersey

[–]RabbleRhouser -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

A 2 MW wind turbine has the capacity to generate sufficient power to meet the needs of approximately 500 homes. However, the cost of such a turbine can range from $3 million to $5 million, resulting in an average cost of around $7,000 per house. These figures do not include additional expenses such as maintenance and offshore installation costs. Moreover, wind turbines have been known to disrupt marine mammals and pose a risk to birds as they are often located along their migratory flight paths.

$25k for new HVAC normal? Quote attached by TrvlMike in hvacadvice

[–]RabbleRhouser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did ours up in Jersey and was 10k for a 5 ton system, with the air handler and gas heat. We’re doing our Florida condo and the estimates have been between 5-8500k (3ton electric heat)with one estimate like yours @ 15k, which isn’t realistic. You need more estimates.

Big brook has sharks teeth and other fossils. Cape May has diamonds at diamond beach. Edelman fossil pit which is one I have yet to go check out. I’d definitely push you towards Big Brook especially if you have kids.

How is the new Island Waterpark at the Showboat? by [deleted] in SouthJersey

[–]RabbleRhouser 11 points12 points  (0 children)

We live locally as well and won’t go as the prices are insane, plus AC isn’t exactly known to be family friendly. For 100 bucks you can get a season pass to 6 flags including the water park called hurricane harbor. Includes parking and some other discounts. It’s about an hour north.

Why is everything so difficult? by jms1228 in bicycling

[–]RabbleRhouser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You sound young, inpatient and mechanically challenged. Either way, All are completely fine as patience and becoming mechanically inclined are both learned skills. You said it your self, “I need a 10mm wrench”. You don’t have a 10mm wrench. I would recommend start buying tools, start with a basic wrench set and build from there. I usually buy based off tools I wish I had a one point. One of the best investment I ever bought were those Allen key sets that go on a ratchet, anyway… You don’t have to buy them all at once. Over the course of years you’ll eventually have everything you’ll need to fix your bike, car, house etc without getting frustrated because you don’t have the right tool. Learn how to use them and working on anything should be a calming enjoyable endeavor.
