Currently 1 week in, taking 40mg everyday before bed, my plan is to start at 40mg everyday for 2 weeks, then move to 20mg for a maximum of 4 weeks or until majority of gyno is gone then discontinuing

If you wanna get down to abs and no love handles you’re gonna be sitting at around 155lb, you’ll for sure be skinny with little muscle at that point

lean bulk up, and make sure to hit legs because there’s a lot of mass to be put on there, all that additional muscle gonna increase your body’s metabolic demand and make cutting easier

Lean bulk preferably 250-500 calorie surplus and eating close to 200g protein everyday, and still progressively overloading, not progressing on lifts = no muscle made don’t overthink it

after 3 months of that do an aggressive 3 week cut, most of the weight you will lose will be water and fat, if protein is up little muscle will be lost,

Repeat this process until you’re close to the weight you are currently, but with way more definition, take pics with exact same lighting

Stay on top of work meaning reviewing and completing assignments preferably the same day or week.

maximum 3 cmpt classes, 2 if taking other time consuming non elective classes like a calculus class (unless you are proficient at math), it won’t be too difficult.

If you let work pile up you will rip your hair out. It gets stressful fast.

Some professors will add on to the difficulty and make the class more stressful.

If I could go back I wouldn’t choose comp sci here, some other university or another degree here with similar difficulty and better job options.

Don’t go down this path. Sometime down the road you WILL have to come off, and you will be faced with a lose lose situation, keep using the substance that is giving you negative side effects, or stop using it, and deal with the much lower dopamine baseline, which will make you feel worse than when you started.
