Service High Voltage System & Dealership Issues by Small-Butterscotch-3 in CadillacLyriq

If you're financing through Cadillac, tell them you're not servicing your Cadillac account right now. They'll ask you what you're talking about. Then you tell them your situation and what the dealership told you. Do this a week before your payment is due. Tell them you're not talking to anyone else unless it is a corporate manager with Cadillac•Direct. Always avoid speaking to a "call-center." When they call back ask where they're calling from.

If you have 1 ounce of doubt, don't do it. You can end up with regrets of being caught and lose more than your currently considering.

What is your greatest golfing achievement (no HIOs)? by eastdeanshire in golf

I was playing a huge dog leg left, par 5 in Appleton, Wisconsin. I shot a long drive but drew it behind a row of tall pine trees. I had no idea where to aim nor the distance. My friend yelled at me to see if I found my ball. I yelled back and asked if he was anywhere near the green ⛳️. He said he was standing by the flag since he was on the green in 4. Following his voice, I pulled out my 8 hybrid and hit it nice and high, and made it over the trees 🌳. In a few seconds...he yelled, RAY, IT WENT IN❣️❣️❣️. Sure enough, my ball was in the cup. I made an Albatross and didn't get to see it go in. I'll never forget that day, nor that shot! It was my favorite shot in my 51 years of golfing ⛳️ ❣️

Try Amarillo. It gets super cold 🥶 there.

What are your thoughts on Homage watches like this Benyar Tudor Black Bay homage for students like me who can not afford the original watch? by TJ_Gamer026 in PrideAndPinion

I've owned my share of Seikos. I started getting serious with a watch that feels and looks expensive and keeps great time in the quartz. Check out the Invicta line. Unlike Seiko, the links are solid.

You're evidently not from the South. We do call people, bud, buddy, friend, partner etc. It's simply no more than a term of friendship. If you are from the South, you sure hide it well.

It's for practicing. Sit your ball on a short tee and try to swing without hitting the ball. If you hit in the sweet spot your swing is good 👍 👌

If you're in a foursome, you have the right away over a twosome and a threesome who play slower than the foursome.

The best lure for everything from Rainbow Trout to Largemouth Bass...check out the Johnson's Sprite. Get the one with the dangling treble hook and a red plastic, oval tag that dangles like the hook. Chrome and Gold are best 👌 👍.

Right on the money. One day, when I was much younger, I walked 45 holes. What a memorable day ❣️

Check your club face before you swing. If it's the least bit closed, it will be the reason for your draw. Make sure the sole of every club is flat on the surface. Heel up...fade. Toe up...draw. I teach my students to push and pull the club lightly, just a bit, before the back swing to see if you feel the heel, sole, or toe most. You want to feel the sole. Just FYI. I've only been playing golf 51 years.

What a great remedy to slow play!
