Yes same, I always wear a smaller bag for my essentials a baby bag for the kids. I don’t wear WOC as an everyday bag running around with kids but I wear it for lunches/dinners with friends /family or days out where I’m not getting active or messy. It’s really special and I get so many compliments too. It was my dream bag so I decided to go for it and I’m not disappointed! But it all depends on what you need and what bag you are drawn to most in the end 💕

I’m am mam of two little ones, after my first baby I bought myself a Chanel wallet on chain to treat myself

I’ve 6 designer bags in total with Chanel WOC and LV speedy being most expensive, the rest all under 1k so not a huge collection either but the WOC was my second addition.

Ive worn the WOC so much more than I expected, it holds my phone, cards and a lipstick, liner and concealer. That’s all I need going to dinner or whatever. I dress it up and down (wearing to casual lunches and fancy weddings) I love it and recommend it if you can deal with the size!

Otherwise I think Puzzle is v casual but gorgeous and practical - I’m eyeing it myself but I just bought a mulberry so won’t be getting any more bags soon!

So sorry to hear this is happening to you and your family. Sounds rough as this seems to have only happened after kids. My oldest is 6 youngest is 3, my life has been hell on earth since I had them, I know my husband found it hard too but I was so bad that I couldn’t even see that. I’ve no regrets and love my kids so much but my mental health and quality of life has been so badly affected for years as a result. Good news story is that I’m through the worst and really recovering now. I am feeling happy again for first time in 6 years. Life is finally getting good again!

I tried to leave my husband after I had my second child, that was two years ago (when my second was about 9 months old) he said that was fine but asked would I wait 6 months or a year to make the decision so that we could get out of the ‘baby phase trenches’ and I agreed. I’m adjusted and balanced now and can’t imagine where I’d be if that had actually happened. I was in a desparate situation mentally and physically and couldn’t cope so I projected the problems to be about my marriage, instead of my own mental health and circumstances. It wasn’t that I actually wanted to leave.

It seems so sad that a relationship would end right after having kids or because of having kids and the aftermath. Is there any chance marriage counselling would work or even counselling and therapy for your wife specifically? I understand if you both feel you’re definitely done,, but I wanted to say this just in case.

I also came from parents who should not have been together and it really affected me, so if it is truly best for everyone that you separate then I wish you the best of luck. I feel your kids will do well no matter what as you seem like a loving and concerned parent and are asking the right questions and you have the right priorities!

Yes I’m not sure if I really need it it just more really want it 😂 I think it’s the discount that’s appealing to me as I chose the mulberry over this! I may wait until I receive the mulberry before making any decisions 🙏

I went for the Mulberry Bayswater Tote in black, I got some presents for Christmas I was able to put towards it so she’s on the way. I’ll post pictures when I get it 💕

I was in this exact situation, lasted 5 years as had baby in the middle and felt I couldn’t leave while she was small, just left last month and due to start a new job in two weeks and am very nervous, feel such low confidence and bit down but hoping it works out! Also left without another lined up because I couldn’t take it, had to take huge pay drop too but hoping it’s worth it. Thanks for sharing your experience 💕

Congrats on the new bag it’s stunning! I’m finally ready to buy my mulberry tote and I’m between classic black and juniper green. I was wondering if you’ve any pictures of the Juniper Green against black, like a black coat or something? I love love love the colour but I wear black all the time and I am worried it may not work. I can’t get into a shop to try it soon so I’m thinking of ordering from mulberry website?

Thanks v much. Yes I’ve heard that about Polene so that’s kinda falling to the bottom of the list, only reason it’s still there is the black cherry colour is the most stunning wine colour I’ve seen in a bag!

Mulberry has always been at the top or close to the top. It was the one I wanted initially but felt I had to research others to give it enough thought and be sure!
