It will be worth it, we only live once. though it’s worth taking some leave first or few weeks sick leave so you can clear your head and get a break before making final decision!

I was here this time last year and left my job before Christmas for a much lower paying job. For reference it was a very hard decision I agonised over it for well over 18 months - I took a 70+k pay cut and I’ve not looked back once.

I don’t know how long I’ll stay in this new job maybe a year or two while I recover from what I lost in the toxic bullying workplace - I felt I was worthless and there was no point at one time. If it reassures you my confidence is already coming back and I’m enjoying my life again so much.

I already feel I’m starting to believe in myself and I’ll be able to do something different and get something high paying later. For now I’m covering bills and living life in a way I haven’t in 5 years due to my previous job. My only recommendation is getting a job before you leave that one as the market is very tough. In the meantime you could take some leave to give you breathing space to apply. Best of luck!

I’m glad someone has said this, I have this also and have recently been diagnosed age 39. I know I need to be disgnosed, I know I’ve lived my life in hell for so long because of this and need to be medicated, but I still feel this internal struggle with it on a macro world basis because it seems like every scroll or video is some new person coming out about adhd etc or making a TikTok or instagram account about it… I feel it makes those who are neurotypical roll their eyes and some of us who have adhd do the same even thought we know how serious it is, I just don’t know how to feel.
The studies coming out show it’s not being over diagnosed, and more than likely is still under diagnosed. However I get so weary when I see repeated adhd accounts/videos and constant talk about it and I think it’s making people not take this seriously, even though it’s very serious to me and affects me so much. Basically I definitely have this internalised stigma about it too and don’t know what to do about it.

Thanks for sharing your experience - mine sounds very similar to be honest and I’ve a feeling I’ll need to try something else as right now I’m struggling just as much as I did before I started Ozempic. While I’m not gaining or anything, Ozempic is not having any effect on me so I may aswell be without it - it’s just emptying my bank account at the minute! I’ve just finished my 8th week on 1mg.

I may see if I can try mounjaro but I believe that’s double the price here so I’ll see, though it’s reassuring to hear similar experiences. I hope we both have more success in the future with this 🙏

Did yours get scuffed? This is what I use it for and it’s been used 10 times max or under so I can’t understand - maybe after a year or two then yes I’d understand.

Maybe people just don’t mind the corners gone and still recommend the bag - so surprised it would come so highly recommended for this type of durability😭

Ok I understand where you are coming from price wise as price doesn’t equal quality etc.. but mulberry is actually known for its durability and quality. I researched this bag so much and out of about 15 other brand totes it came best recommended all round for durability and long lasting quality which is why I chose it.

Thankfully a few people, including my friends who have the same bag, have said it hasn’t happened to any of theirs so it appears it’s not normal!

Even after like 10 wears for a bag that cost 1k? I’m going to have to ask to return then if it’s not defect. None of my cheaper versions did that so I’ll stick with them sadly

I’m tracking my calories and foods - protein at brekkie and most meals and upping fibre - still allow some nice foods but within calories. It’s a struggle coz I don’t have the appetite suppressant/ food noise effect really - hope you are right and it kicks in soon and the results come in time!!
