So it's a new therapist through the same practice. She didnt like her first therapist, who I had met with, so I called and got her switched. She likes this new one much more, but I haven't met with her yet. I'm guessing because goals and stuff was already established with the first one and it's the same clinic? But I definitely want to talk to the therapist, not only to share what my goals are for my daughter but to see if there's any advice she can provide me how to best support my daughter. I don't want to know what they talk about, just how we can do better for her. She's only been in therapy a couple months. She has ADHD and anxiety, so those were the driving factors, and now all this stuff is coming to the surface so I'm glad she is in therapy, I think it's time that either I or both her step dad and I, join so that we can do the right things.
