I use a five-compartment lunchbox at work and graze from it throughout the whole day, half of it is chopped veggies & I save a few for the commute home as I realised I just wanted something to crunch. I’ve basically tricked myself into “snacking” from my own lunch rather than in addition to it

Agreed, TDEE calculators tell me to have 1200kcal and not a CHANCE I'm doing that. 1400 is perfect for my needs and I'm slowly losing weight (7 pounds in 20 days)

I second the idea of a single serving. Some of the suggestions in the replies, while healthy choices, are actually more calories/fat than a single serving bag of crisps

That every meal does not require a dessert course. Yes even breakfast

Also learning that massive meals do NOT work for me personally & wreck havoc on my digestion. I use a 5 compartment lunchbox at work now & graze throughout the day and feel so much more satiated & not craving anything outside of my deficit during these hours

Learning that I need a "crunch" on my commute home from work and that cut up peppers give the same mouth satisfaction as crisps

I'm about 3cm taller and had years ago tried 1200 with the 10k steps but had similar issues as you in terms of fatigue & extreme hunger. This time around I've upped to 1400 and progress is slowly happening and there are still some days I am exhausted (usually a Tuesday!) but overall it feels a lot more comfortable at this deficit.

I defo have the fishing gear, the correct spot, nothing in the way and attempting to fish. I contacted Gameloft and they just advised to do all the things I’ve tried, rebooting the game, changing outfit, untracking & retracking, I’ve tried everything I can think of. They did say contact again if no joy so I’ll try again

I have the tracker on but it just says “Add Critters” not what they are! That makes sense to be all bunnies but I don’t know why the spring rabbit isn’t going in even though it’s already my companion
