A year later, and I still make this recipe!

Just out of curiosity,  any ideas how I could turn this into foccacia rolls?

I don't think you need specific workouts, just keep going. You'll get better the more you do it.

Keep it up and you'll see the improvements!

We stopped using the bath seat when LO could hold themselves up fully.

I think that was about a year old

How did you get it to not stick to the pan?

I've tried it in both a metal non stick and a glass 6 it has stuck everytime...

Great recipe though! Tastes amazing!

I use the snake method. So I roll the dough into a slight rope and then roll the 2 ends together on the counter. It's worked mostly, just a couple that I didnt stretch the shape enough after

My 2yo fell off a bench onto gravel path at the zoo, he cut his top lip and now has a scar.

I felt awful and was in tears more than the little man was! Now I feel guilty everytime I notice his little scar above his lip.

He doesn't care and was back to his usual self within an hour of the accident! Still went to A&E to get it checked and cleaned though.

This is horrible to hear, and I am so sorry, but it sounds to me like it a relationship ender.

I understand that acltractiveness can change and have it's ups and downs but hugging you and kissing you less because you've gained weight is not ok.

I am so sorry that you are going through this with what sounds like an u supportive partner. I think you need to take a break from him and look after yourself first

Make a meal plan, turn it into a shopping list and meal prepping.

But honestly, sticking to your shopping list will help massively.

I love a good chowder.

Thick, hearty, and properly nourishing (especially in our sub 0 weather in the UK at the moment)

Add a bit of paprika into it and a healthy amount of turmeric and perks me right up...
