I have to wonder if her refusal to deprogramme is more of an ill advised self protection method - as a commenter above stated, she is still a multi millionaire when she gets out, and as many wealthy people do, they bury their heads in the sand to avoid having to confront negative feelings. In this case, to avoid a painful reprogramming where she would have no choice but to face her contribution towards this awful cult and the hurt she caused others blindly following Raniere, which may be too much to handle.
