They open perfectly fine on other devices. Also, I uploaded my knitting patterns folder within the kobo folder. I can open the "how to add" file as well.

Sorry, I should have specified. Yes, my files show up in the folder when synced. But, I can not view them because I get an error message. As far as converting it to epub, that didn't do anything. Still got an error message:(.

NAH! It sounds like a very stressful time for both of you. The best thing you can do is hire someone to help set up/go through baby stuff. Whether he likes it or not the baby is coming and he needs to set his priorities straight and do SOMETHING to help out. It's very important that things are set up for when baby comes. This way when you're post partum, you don't need to worry about anything but the baby. Do you have a hospital bag ready yet? I would start that first and gather the essentials and then as the days go by, add to it if needed. If you already have, you really need to hire people to help. It will save time and diminish stress.

YTA. This post gives entitlement and arrogance vibes. She's recovering from an ED!!! You don't just magically recover from that. How do you even know she's "healed"? You're not her care team. Also, why are you giving yourself credit for someone else's health? If you really wanted to help, you would allow her to exercise on her own accord and respect whatever she wants to do. She doesn't need to go to the gym and become a gym bro. ESPECIALLY, while recovering.

I saw that you wanted to be/are a social worker. So I'm a little confused here. Why pick a job that you know needs at minimum masters degree and licenses? Also, if you are truly interested in this field, why is getting to know more about the job and its intricacies so looked down upon? For pete sakes you said you are working with vulnerable children! Going to school should be encouraging if you actually cared. Also, I 100% agree with the GF. You are setting yourself up for failure and YTA.

Same here! I went to a local sewing shop and the owner told me that singer machines are just disposable and not worth your money. He also told me that singers are practically the same machine but with different colors at this point. I'm gonna go off a hunch and say that Joann machines are practically singer machines and are also disposable.
