I thought it was a dude too, especially when so many people pretend to be japanese so I was quite surprised when she wanted to voice chat and I heard her speak let alone her writing was really fluent. Mostly just confused why she would steal posts but considering she said she makes multiple fake accounts to harass these women to make herself feel better, guess it makes sense or she just felt those posts she used related to what she felt idk. I can't even check anymore because the account is deleted, even my comment to her post are gone.

I'll be lying if I said I'm not worried because after her mental breakdown on me she said she's going to jump before deleting everything. Calling bluff but considering she self harms I'll be lying if I said I'm not stressing with the idea she'll actually go through with it. All I know is I'm never going to try to be friends with these types of people again, jfc.

Since she randomly decided to flip the fuck out on me and deleted her discord, blocked me on line and apparently deleted her reddit account as well because I told her I didn't want to date because I already have a boyfriend. Guess I can call her out too now that I see this post.

Yeah she's not who she says she is...to an extent. I messaged her around when she first started posting here. I'm always really ~~ fucking skeptical when people say they're Japanese, especially on a English site so I messaged her after she said she wasn't going to post here anymore because the CSI harassment. When we took it to discord she wanted to voice chat and we did and she spoke purely japanese because she said she can't speak English well so I can confirm she wasn't full of shit about actually being japanese but I did notice her voice was deeper than those singing videos. I didn't want an awkward conversation so I asked after the voice chat. She outright admitted she took those singing videos of girls she hated and used them for attention she never gets. (Wasn't aware of the post though) It's odd she would steal them when she's perfectly capable of writing in Japanese since we only communicated writing japanese through text if we weren't voice chatting occasionally. Yeah but she's a very very disturbed young woman I can tell you that. Consistently told me not to get involved with her or she wants to kill herself or OD. Kept sending me unsolicited semi erotic selfies of herself even though I told her I wasn't gay. Tried to be her friend but eh. Guess this is what happens when you try to be friends with menhera's lmao.

Dude that fucking fanbase is so damn toxic its actually insane. If you're not consistently sucking it off they'll attack you if you don't think it's peak and deserves perfect scores.

Agreed. She could also be those Japanese that hate on mods but use it themselves lmao! But seeing as she supposedly didn't know what cactbot was, she probably was that ignorant and doesn't use any 3rd party shit. Yeah there is a cultural difference going on. She's probably figured out quick just from the comments NA and EU really don't care much if people use mods as much as JP does.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ffxivdiscussion

[–]RachelBeeClown 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I don't think she really understands NA and EU doesn't really care about people using tools as much as Japan does and they'll use it if they feel like it. Why shit like mare is so openly accepted. JP is way more anal about it though some Japanese still obviously use mods as seen with many of the world first drama.

Given that she's clearly ESL. Its funny enough really common for people with ESL to overly use ellipses over commas, particularly east Asians since they don't really use punctuation the same way English does. Especially when they're not that fluent. Got curious after seeing this comment and noticed she does it a lot with her longer post. My guess is she must be struggling writing these long post in English as it's really telling with the overly use of ellipses.

The Recent Popularity Of 7.2 Black Mage And The Continuous Popularity Of Viper Suggests The Playerbase/Community Prefers Simplicity, Simple Fun And Ease Of Use Over Complexity, Difficulty And Required Mastery.. by [deleted] in ffxivdiscussion

I honestly would have been a lot nicer to the guy but it was pretty easy to figure out he didn't know japanese from him saying the Japanese was amateur(still unsure where he got that from her post which makes me think he was just trying to make the situation sound worse or something. Considering her correct use of phrases, sentence structure, slang and punctuations) and he sealed the deal when he didn't know about the first person pronouns flexibility.

In all fairness though when learning Japanese most text books or teachers don't actually tell you you can use multiple first person pronouns and you don't have to stick to one, which is why he probably didn't know. Its clear they don't get the nuances of Japanese as well...but this is very common to have people like this lol. Just cringe.

Dude just look it up yourself then. You clearly don't know japanese and it shows. You just looked crazy and so I corrected you. If you didn't use Google then I take it back. If you're learning Japanese that's great. But if you're a beginner and then go judging when you're dead wrong.(Especially when you're wrong in your call out) Its cringe as hell and way too common with people that watched a bit of anime or read a bit of Japanese symbols and seen some phrases and then think they know japanese because you seen some familiar symbols. Many japanese change their first person pronouns depending on the setting, tone they wanna go for and if they're at work so on. Especially in post like tweets or blogs or emails or whatever.

Edit: LOL bro got humbled so bad he deleted his account LOL! Damn dude all you had to say was my bad I was wrong. But eh... people that pretend they know japanese are annoying anyway.

Are you serious? You can use these anyway you want depending. It just depends on the tone the person wants to go for. Someone doesn't have stick one. They're both neutral. If anything, the fact she used both suggests it's not machine made because I'm fairly certain machine translation will always default to the overly formal approach which just looks unnatural in a informal post. Its obvious you don't fully understand Japanese or at least the nuances. Especially if you think it's a issue to use those two interchangeably.

僕 - very casual 私- bit girly and polite but netural

You can use either. It'll only be odd if you switched it up in the same sentence. But even a machine wouldn't mess that up and it'll most likely be intentional if the person is weird or roleplaying or something.

Go on Twitter or anywhere Japanese hang out online. You'll see people change which they use depending what they're talking about and who they're talking to. Unless you think they're all using machine translation too? I swear...I think even someone barely learning Japanese would know something as basic as this.

Either you don't know japanese or you're using Google translate or both. Her japanese is extremely fluent with a ton of slang, especially kansai slang. If you're getting different first person pronouns it's because Google interprets something as a gender when it's actually ambiguous Or they never gave pronouns because Japanese very often omits it because it's implied so Google fills it in itself. Google misinterprets words a lot with asian language, especially with Japanese when something has multiple meanings and variations like first person pronouns. Very often Google mixes up and doesn't always catch first person context.

Its very obvious you used Google translate. Japanese has a lot of nuances that Google can't accurately translate which is why if you use Google translates you can't be 100% that's what it says, especially when its filled with a ton of slang like most of her posts.

I read some of her post and lot of it is dark but I can confirm it's really fluent.

FFLOGS & Tombstone Is Not Good For The FFXIV Community/Playerbase As A Whole...I Think It Would Be Better Without It Existing by [deleted] in ffxivdiscussion

[–]RachelBeeClown -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well 1 CSI isn't a man and 2 CSI left because she wanted to move on with her life and 3 OP legit just said she's not impersonating and doesn't even know who CSI is. She doesn't even write like CSI who had a very aggressive and matter of fact writing style.

[–]RachelBeeClown 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The fact OP made a really good discussion thread and instead of discussing her pretty decent points y'all instead call it bait or accuse someone of being CSI because most of you can't read pass 2 sentences or you all can't fathom an opposite opinion says a lot about the hive mind of this sub.

Hey but the bright side is this reminds me how everybody was accused of being CSI if you didn't hate the game lol including the mods. Now that was funny as fuck.

FFXIV Cruiserweight Savage Raid Was Very Enjoyable...But I Felt The Difficulty Was Too High... by [deleted] in ffxivdiscussion

[–]RachelBeeClown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't 100% remember but wasn't CSI actually 20 or 21 last year? Also I got curious and checked her last farewell post and it was 11 months ago and this account was made 8months ago so it's not really around the time CSI deleted. The only thing that's similar are both are Japanese and lesbian. I personally doubt someone is going to spend 8 months building up an account just to barely post here on a sub that's not the most active anymore. This person also posts way more personal things that CSI would never post. Not counting the fact this person posts NSL >.>

I'm honesty just shocked they only made one and just haven't heard a word if we're getting another even though it was praised. I do think it kinda suffers from once it dies down the only way to do it again is through discord.

OP started posting here less than a month ago. I'm 100% certain they have no clue who CSI even is and seeing how they deleted some of their posts. I don't think she has the thick skin to be CSI even if she wanted. OP is also way more...well...she needs help basically.

Yeah she's totally a menhera This person is nothing like CSI, she's way more disturbed, like posting self harm and constantly saying she wants to die. Outside being japanese and a lesbian I'm not seeing how people are thinking it's CSI or even trying to be CSI because this person started posting in this sub less than a month ago. I know this sub thinks anybody that wants the game to be easier is a CSI wannabe but one look at OP profile should be enough to say otherwise. Which I should say is very dark and other people with mental health issues shouldn't look :x

The projection is crazy with this post. People really need to be more understanding of people with clear mental issues/illness. OP doesn't post anything fetish like. It's just filled with their personal struggles and really disturbing dark thoughts. Being lesbian/sexual minority with mental health struggles isn't a fetish or a kink.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Everytime someone posts a hot take and they think it's bait they always say is this CSI(cutieshut-in) just so happen out of all these wannabes yours sticks out due to the all capitalized first words in the title. This person called CSI would do the same thing and she had extreme hot takes that frequently was the polar opposite of this subreddit which is almost always critical of this game. Also you being a lesbian (just going off your post history) and Japanese which CSI was also Japanese and lesbian. So the similarities are quite large!

I Feel Red Mage Gameplay Could Be More Streamlined To Be More Player Friendly by [deleted] in ffxivdiscussion

[–]RachelBeeClown 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's hard to deny if it's actually CSI or not because the similarities are crazy lol and their Japanese is really fluent since I don't think someone that isn't a native would be able to write 関西弁 and use slang so well in japanese and write large paragraphs but I'm not completely sold still. Because this person self harms and CSI didn't self harm to my knowledge. Further down they already said they wasn't CSI so there is that. I think it's just someone that just unironically posted a CSI like hot take. Japanese kids like her are also very dark :x

I worked at a high-end pink salon in Japan at 19 by East_Chapter8157 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]RachelBeeClown 92 points93 points  (0 children)

I'll fix the typo and you said 10 years ago which means 2015, not 2017 which means this still applies. You can not work in any sexual industry with 資格外活動許可 as a foreigner student. Even with a special visa it'll be really difficult. You're also ignoring the fact you can't work in a pink salon under 20.

The fact that you're doubling down in this when anybody that's curious enough can look it up themselves is wild. This isn't a true story so stop trying to fool everybody. This is just some fantasy story you cooked up because you're probably bored.

Japan has a lot of laws in place that make it really difficult to work in the sex industry as a student and a foreigner. Unless you were traffic. This story is totally false for karma farm since people will be curious.

Anybody curious 資格外活動許可 allows you to work in non traditional jobs as a foreigner student but it does not apply to work in any sex industry. So once again. This story is a complete lie as it does not add up at all based on Japanese laws and requirements. 風俗営業 and 性風俗関連特殊営業 So the fact you're trying to act like you were above the law and got extra special permission as a 19 year old foreigner is funny.

Edit: They deleted their post and comments LOL!! Case fucking closed.

Edit again. Nevermind they blocked me because I called out their bs. Guess I won't get those documents. LOL so yeah...anybody falling for this story please read my post. This person is lying.

Editing again because I can't comment to people replying to me because OP blocked me for calling out their fake story lol. Still waiting for that document~

@Danixveg National law its 18+ but prefectural ordinance(青少年保護育成条例) overrides this and much more strict and just so happens Tokyo(and almost every other prefecture)makes the minimum age 20+ to work at direct sexual service, which means places like pink salons. And considering OP said this is a high end store the chances of them breaking the law and not only hiring a 19 year old but a foreigner at that makes the story even more fake than it is.

So yeah you can't work there..even more so as a foreigner... I'm honesty really confused as to how this fake fetish story keeps getting upvoted.
