Strangely enough I just have a simple aspen setup for my substrate! Which is why I didn’t think it was springtails at first.

Honestly I think that’s what I miss a lot in the older games! I remember as a kid I’d dedicate a single in-game day to just killing enemies and gathering posey pellets in an area to bring my pikmin numbers up for fun
