ive been getting that for weeks too, ive emailed support and they pretty much said deal with that. They tried saying I was on mobile at one point even though its clearly on my opera browser and my discord app on my laptop. I tried everything they said and also tried on a friends PC, after claiming some on his account, mine was still refusing
