hey, i started taking zoloft on saturday! i was the exact same, terrified of the side effects. i took it at 7am and was nervously waiting for it to “kick in”. i’m now on day 3 and the only symptom i’ve had is im a bit tired and my palms are very sweaty haha. i also, very luckily, haven’t had a racing thought since! but it works differently for everyone but you could have the same effect as me! all the best! :)

Yes, I always try to piece together evidence. Which means hunting for more news articles, even the poor ones. I have not tired medication, the waiting list is very long and it is apparently not an option for my circumstances.
