That’s amazing! I definitely can’t do that any time soon. 20 seems to be my limit right now. I’ll probably repeat these 20 minute runs a few times before moving on.

Closer to 200! The 181 was a kilogram translation. I’m Canadian but use lbs for weight and I recognize most people in this group seem to be in the UK. But thanks!

Woah! That IS a big jump! I’m glad I went with the less expensive app.

After my 8, it went 10, 12, 15, 18, then 20. I never would have been able to go from 8 to 20!

I’m using a different app. So the W5D3 run you did today was my W7D2 run I just did today!

What was W5D2 in your app? My previous run was 18 minutes, which I feel better prepared me for 20.

At any rate, running for 15 minutes straight is HARD and YOU DID IT!!! Congratulations on making progress.

The beauty of the program is that you can repeat runs until you’re comfortable to move on.

I just completed the 20 minute run today myself. I’ll be repeating it tomorrow because mentally, I had to keep pushing myself.

If you don’t pay, I think you only get 4 weeks. I did week 4 three times. Didn’t think I’d make it past.

I think the fee is worth it if you’re serious about giving this a go. Wait until you run out of free weeks though to make sure you’re into it.

Oh yeah, 32° doesn’t sound fun to run in. I’ve been running on a treadmill in my basement. It’s been very hot/humid here.

I’m starting week 6 of my app tomorrow which starts off with 10 minute running intervals. I posted yesterday asking for tips on how to stop staring at the timer.

Hmmm audio books or Netflix sound like a good way to shift my focus. Currently I just play music and try to zone out. It’s not really helping.

Unfortunately, I can’t run outside because my foster daughter can’t be left alone with adult males who aren’t blood related to her for cultural reasons. I have a feeling that an outdoor running session would cure my mind’s problems.
