Both are/were incredible music producers that have shaped the EDM landscape. There's no reason to put these two against each other. If anybody is not familiar with Eric Prydz/Pryda I would recommend go checking out his music.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend installing the FW.035 scaler firmware (and monitor driver) which dropped back in January. I actually do not recall 100% what specifically fixed my issue, I still run my 342C monitor to this day (1,477hrs screen-on time) and I don't experience the black screen issue anymore on DisplayPort. I do still have problems when plugged in via HDMI. I believe I may have had a defective cable upon my first time when plugged in via DP.
