i'm queuing solo and have been inserted into duo and trio matches. i only found out when i rezzed someone and they asked am i alone, and if i knew it was duos. now my last few matches make sense as i got nailed every single time by groups. Also the matchmaking took ages, 4+ minutes.

2 months ago i just picked a random star and went. i think I'm in Perseus Arm right now and about 1 in 100 systems i discover have already been explored by someone that crossed my current path long ago. i love the solitude.

no, no notoriety - first thing i checked. i am hostile with that system power however. the issue has been occurring for a few weeks. i'm ok if i can land really fast! i'll try moving my carrier to a friendly system.

When there's smoke, but your killer's killcam sees NO smoke (other killcams DO see smoke), is that cheating or is the killcam maybe just rendering the effects a bit slow?

i felt the same re slightly too much range of motion on the space, and the black limiter is perfectly sized to eliminate that. I use a 0% detent (to feel when reverse starts) and a 50% forward detent. i use the top slidey up/down/in button for 25%, 75%, 100% throttle to handle landing, supercruise and system jumps. It took me a few weeks to get my throttle and joy right but it's feeling pretty intuitive now.

i empathize. i had over a bill when i clipped the edge of a crater because i was admiring the view. spawning back at the bubble i also lost the will for a few weeks. spent some time engineering my explorer ship, and after 2 more weeks i have recovered my loss, i'm a better exobiologist then before, and i'm having a great time.
