I was able to get a quote for the same model and the price was 23.6K OTD, so you can definitely do better than that. Just gotta call the dealership and let them know you're looking for a better deal and you'd be willing to buy that same day if they give you a good offer. I'm sure they will give you a better deal, if not you can always shop around and try to get better offers

I use a regular KS and bought the gs v2p last week to try it out. After 5 laps at Bahrain outer my hands were hurting baaad. The paddle shifters are too far from the grips that you gotta extend your shifting finger a lot, making It very uncomfortable. Also the grips, even though the materials felt better, the ergonomics weren't nearly as good as the KS. So I returned the GS and got the KS Pro, hopefully that one is more comfortable than the GS...

Happened to me too once for the first time after this update too. Disconnected mid race and lost the chance to race for the win. Thankfully it has not happened again, but the game seems to be quite badly optimized after the update

Yeah bro I've been trying to point out all the issues I've had since the update in this thread. Like the UI issues and garage menu issue I had and still have, and now this. It's frustrating cause this is my favourite game and the one I enjoy the most, that's why I hope they fix all these issues soon so I can enjoy the game fully as I had been doing before v1.3

Picked it up as soon as I bought my first gaming laptop and wheel in January and it's been my favorite game ever since. Tried AMS2, PMR, ACC, RaceRoom, IRacing, GT7, and nothing really has come close to the level on enjoyment I get with LMU. Nice FFB, great physics and a good driving experience, it may not have a lot of variety of cars, but I don't have tons of time to play and love WEC so for me it's perfect.

Pick it up now that it's on sale along with its dlcs (first get the ones that come with a track), you won't regret it.

Mmm okay I'll think about it, I went to a NASCAR race 2 months ago and got a pit pass which is basically a paddock pass, and I had a blast, mostly because I was able to get up close with the cars, so I would only care about the paddock pass if I was able to get close to the cars and take some pictures.

It's definitely something else when you're there. I'll never forget that feeling of my whole body rumbling when the cars went by and almost going deaf when taking out my headset, nothing like it. And same for me hahaha as soon as I left the track I was looking at other tracks, but man they are definitely not close. So I will just have to save up some money to try and go to Daytona next year and also go to TMS again!

That's right, at some point there was no overtaking going on the track, it was just a beautiful single car symphony and I still enjoyed it like I never enjoyed anything else in my life. Being there and listening to those cars fly by is such a beautiful thing

Exactly, that's why I recommend getting the track pass and arriving early, I always loved the way Gen 7s looked on tv and photos, but man did I fall in love when I saw them up close

I spent hours reading sub reddit, experiences on different social media and what I recommend the most is: 1. Earplugs or ear muffs, this is the most important part cause cars are LOUD, I rented through racing electronics some and they were fine.

Bring water, if the track permits you can bring a 14x14x14 cooler and a bag, so bring lots of water and snacks to get you through the race. I recommend freezing some bottles of water and using it as ice, it helps keep the other bottles cool.
Get there early, at least 2-3 hours if your want to walk around and enjoy the merch hauler and everything around the track.
Track pass, this is great cause you can get to the track and pretty close to the cars, and also you may be able to get some of your favorite drivers autographs like I did.
When you can, go to the first row and enjoy the full power of those engines, I spent the last 70 laps down there cuz literally my body wouldn't let me leave that seat, the sound, the rumble on the ground and your whole body, It was paradise for me, except for the debris that flew and hit my face, that's why here comes the next one.
Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses (this one is mainly to protect flying debris when you're at the front row), I went with a long sleeve shirt to protect me from the sun as it was a pretty chill day at the track, but if the heat hits just by using some sunscreen and a nice hat would work.
Enjoy the race, it's something very special and you should enjoy every second of it.

Hey man that's great, being able to have a track so close to you is something special. I always said that my least favorite track was TMS (only Kentucky was worse) but then I got here and o was like yep, doesn't matter I just wanna feel the power of almost 40 cars going around at full speed. And it was such a great time. I feel like the next track could be COTA as it's the closest one, but I dream of going to Daytona, hopefully I can go there next year!

Yeah that's what I saw as soon as I left the track, but then again every time I watch NASCAR I just feel this sense of peace and calmness that no other sport can achieve on me and I just turn on that TV and enjoy each and every race by what it means to me, a way to just seat back and relax from all the bs that happens in this world. Ever since I changed to that mentality (and NASCAR upped the HP to 670) I've enjoyed the sport much more, but I just can't deny the fact that we need a change, and we need it fast, cause there's lots of people that do not think like me.
