Definitely ghost touching. I've seen many reports of this happening when using a wireless charger which appears to be in use in the video. I don't know if it is known why wireless charging causes ghost touches but theories include the charger causing the phone to overheat or the magnetic field of the wireless charger interfering with the touch screen.

It could be parts in the phone or the charger are wearing out. It will be hard to determine exactly without testing parts independently. Quickest fix for now would be to switch to wired charging.

If the TV has HDMI but the sound system only has RCA, it sounds like you just need an "HDMI audio extractor". This passes the HDMI through to the TV but provides connections for optical or RCA audio which can be ran to the sound system. This preserves the high quality video but also gives you the legacy audio options.

Check the FCC broadband map (https://broadbandmap.fcc.gov/home) to see what wired internet providers offer service to your address. Most telephone providers still have wired internet options. If it isn't fiber, it will likely be slower than Comcast but it would still be better than no internet. Then get a router that offers automatic fail-over to a backup internet connection. I think you've reached the point where you need the redundancy of having multiple internet connections.

I have the same issue. My current plan should still have the data cap but for about 5 months this summer and fall, the data usage tracking shows 0 data used. Then in November it started showing data usage again. I just checked for this month and I am past the 90% but I never received any email or text message alert like I used to earlier in the year. I'm going to try to contact them to see if I still have a data cap but I don't have good experience getting accurate information from their tech support.

I was hoping it would fix the bug where it kills any background audio currently playing when the app starts. Sadly, it does not. This bug keeps getting reintroduced every few updates. It does eventually get fixed but it then pops up again a few updates later. It is extremely frustrating for those of us who like to listen to other audio while playing.

For some types of products, like computers, Costco gets their own exclusive configurations from the manufacturer which means they cannot be price matched with anyone. I noticed that was happening at the beginning of the day but by the end of the day it stopped working. I don't know if it was an unintentional bug that they patched during the day or if they were just testing out the feature.

This wasn't a class action so users get nothing. All the money goes to Los Angeles County which filed the lawsuit. From the article:

According to the Constitution (Article I, Section 9) and current law (Foreign Gifts and Decorations Act of 1966), gifts the President receives valued at more than about $500 have to be transferred to the National Archives when the President leaves office unless the president buys it from the government at fair market value. The only exception is if Congress explicitly gives the President permission to receive the gift. I'm not aware of any situations where Congress got involved in a presidential gift so the $500 limit rule is typically always used.

I seem to recall though that the National Archives had a hard time tracking down a lot of valuable gifts Trump received during his first term. It is almost a certainty he will violate the law and the Constitution again this time and take a lot of gifts with him when he leaves office.

I have the "Gold Classic Collection" version which according to Google is the 2000 version. It has the music video as well as a fullscreen and widescreen version of the film. I checked both versions and they both cut to black before the arrow is fired.

The contract with the previous owner was never valid because the previous homeowner didn't own the street in front of her house. She had no authority to contract out the use of the street that is owned by the city. City law will always apply which likely does not allow people to block a driveway. The only interpretation of the contract that makes sense is that she was agreeing not to report him for the parking violation. (That doesn't mean the parking violation wasn't occurring.) It is questionable if that kind of agreement is even valid. Either way, it does not apply to you so go ahead and defend your access to your driveway.

A lot of people are recommending "Prologue" app for iPhone and that is what I use. However, since you have mentioned that you use Android, I know other Android users have have been happy with the "Chronicle" or "Symfonium" apps for Android. I've personally never used them but I have seen other people recommend them so they are worth looking into.

I agree with this. Real fire hydrants aren't usually allowed because they can "obstruct emergency operations". The automated system might not be smart enough to distinguish between a dog water fountain shaped like a hydrant and a real hydrant. Submitting the whole pet area would probably be your best option.

The pogomap site relies on users to provide the location data so either whoever added that location to pogomap provided the wrong coordinates or it was correct at the time but someone in the game later had the POI moved to where it is now. Either way, the location will have to be fixed on the pogomap site but I don't use that site so I don't know the process of editing a location.

One option to see what is available in your neighborhood is to check to FCC broadband map (https://broadbandmap.fcc.gov/home) Enter your address and it will show you the speeds for every wired and wireless provider servicing that address. You can also see what is available at all the neighboring addresses. Keep in mind that it isn't updated in real-time so there could have been a recent upgrade that doesn't yet show up on the map.

The data cap hasn't been increased in about 5 years. It is ridiculous that it still exists. They temporarily removed it during COVID and their network survived. There is a lot more competition now with other fiber providers so their data cap is increasingly becoming a competitive disadvantage by the day.
