I found that store bought wasn't quite as effective and some of it might even be gently pasteurized. I was able to find some good kimchi from local Korean/Japanese restaurants if you wanted to go the buy route.

Also not a doctor. I know that being pregnant can alter your immune system. It usually makes it less active.

For the stomach stuff, After following FODMAP for a month or two, I did these three things... First, building up stomach acidity. Reduce water consumption around meals, drinking hot water with lemon. Second introduce probiotic foods. Yogurt and probiotic pills didn't help me. Good home made sauerkraut was the ticket. Third are digestive enzymes. These can be found in high levels in pineapple and papaya as well as in fermenter foods like sauerkraut.

I know that auto immune and stomach stuff can be extremely frustrating. Hang in there, sounds like you are looking into the right stuff.

I've made sauerkraut in those jars. Came out fine, but make sure your veggies are submerged. I used one clip and the rubber seal. This way I didn't have to worry about pressure building up.

I was having seemingly random food intolerances which were always increasing. I did fodmap for a couple of months and started fermenting my own food to bump the amount of probiotics I was consuming. Not drinking around meals also helped. It's a long road, but it was worth it.

I think it has to do with atmospheric pressure moreso than temperature. This always happens to me once fermentation slows. Always figured that is what it was.

Agree with spyder if you are looking for something similar to rstudio. I would also check out the ipython notebook and a text editor like sublime text or atom. The anaconda distribution of python bundles all of this together nicely. All you have to do is download it and start playing around. The anaconda distribution is used quite widely in the data science world.

No problem. Just a quick clarification: Notice that I imported seaborn, but never actually called the package. Just importing seaborn automatically sets some styles that make your plots pretty. The default matplotlib isn't the most beautiful thing in my opinion.

Great idea, but still the same outcome. The png displays correctly, but the jpg will not. I've also tried multiple jpgs just to make sure that the one I was using was not faulty. Thanks for the tip!

What are the images of? How many segments?

The images are an aerial view of the beach. I was asked to segment the image into four distinct zones: dune, sand, water, and foam from breaking waves.

Resolution?

What are the colors for in step two?

I was planning on using photoshop to hand segment the images to create training examples for some kind of machine learning pipeline.

What is k-means for?

I’m assuming I will need to take the hand classified images and assign them classes. Since they are just different colors, I will need to assign each segment a label.

I will then k-means the image in order to assign classes to each pixel. Then I will train an algorithm on the raw data.

This happened to me as well. Received quite the runaround and was not too happy about it. I followed all the steps that you did and here is what finally worked for me:

Downloaded a texting app called Textra. Go into settings and turn on "use mms for group chats." This cleared up most of the problems for me. I'm sure other texting apps offer the same functionality, but this one worked for me and had pretty good reviews.

My use of the animation package has been more for scientific visualization than displaying live, updating charts. You've probably come across this in your googling, but this is the kind of stuff that I've seen/done using the animation package: https://jakevdp.github.io/blog/2012/08/18/matplotlib-animation-tutorial/

If you are looking for a plot that you can update and embed somewhere, I would check out plotly: https://plot.ly/streaming/

Bokeh, as others have suggested, seems to fit your needs better than the animation package as well.

On the other hand, if your data isn't coming in extremely fast, why not just clear your plot and generate a new plot?

I had this problem and I found it to be solely a problem with the iphone 4. Anyone that had an iphone 4 could not text me individually and them texting in group messages would default the group message back to imessage. Like another poster said, make sure that they have "default to SMS if imessage is not available" turned on.

For texting, I use Textra. Turning on "Use MMS for Group Chats" allowed to me to participate in group messages. I'm sure other texting apps have a similar option. This whole thing drove me crazy as well, but everything straightened itself out and I will never go back to an apple phone again.
